1972 has been an important year in the history of our school. Founder of 'Daily Sakal,' Late Shri Nanasahib Parulekar paid visit to our institution. Our school was renamed as 'Laxmanrao Apte Prashala.', on this occassion. Late Shri Nanasahib praised our work in this field and expressed hope that the our institution shall remain committed to society's upliftment. We have responded his call by conducting various schemes such as ' Tree Plantation, cleanliness drives, Chakachak gangs, providing food and shelter to Warkaris and such other extra carricular activities.
