The secondary school has various facilities such as offering
semi-english to students from standard 5th upwards, providing
computer education to all students, and offering technical
subjects to students from 8th standard upwards.
There are 3 divisions of each class from 5th to 10th.
Thus there are 18 classes in all, with 32 teachers, 3
LEKHANIK and 7 SEVAK. The school also has been an enthusiastic
participant in various activities like dance, chess tournaments,
cricket tournaments, essay competitions, music etc. There
have also been various initiatives like teaching leadership
skills to the students, classes for handwriting improvement,
attending to behavior problems of the students etc.
It comes as no big surprise that students from the Raobahadur
Laxmanrao Apte Prashala are a common fixture in the S.S.C.
